Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic US IT Recruiter to join our growing recruitment team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and recruiting IT professionals for clients across the United States. Candidates with 2 years of experience in US IT recruitment are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibility

- Source IT candidates using LinkedIn, and internal databases
- Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidates' technical skills, communication, work authorization, and overall fit
- Understand client requirements and identify suitable candidates within the required timelines
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified IT professionals
- Negotiate compensation rates and discuss employment terms with candidates




- Maintain accurate candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
- Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process
- Work closely with Account Managers and Delivery Leads to fulfill client requirements
- Ensure compliance with company policies and recruitment best practices

Required Skill

- 2 - 3 years of experience in US IT Recruitment
- Good understanding of the US staffing and recruitment process
- Familiarity with W2, C2C, and 1099 employment models
- Basic knowledge of US work authorizations (US Citizen, Green Card, H-1B, TN, EAD, OPT/CPT, etc.)
- Experience using job portals such as Dice, Monster, Indeed, LinkedIn Recruiter, and CareerBuilder
- Solid communication and interpersonal skills
- Good negotiation and relationship-building abilities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
- Basic knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is preferred
