Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented US IT Recruiter to join our recruitment team. The candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and recruiting IT professionals for US-based clients and ensuring timely closure of open positions.

Key Responsibilities

? Source qualified IT candidates through Dice, LinkedIn, job portals, databases, and other recruitment channels.

? Review and screen resumes based on job requirements.

? Conduct initial screening calls to assess candidates' skills, experience, communication, and availability.

? Understand client requirements and identify suitable candidates.

? Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients.

? Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.

? Maintain and update candidate information in the recruitment/ATS system.

? Negotiate compensation and manage candidate expectations.

? Ensure candidates complete required documentation and onboarding formalities.

? Build and maintain a solid candidate pipeline for current and future requirements.





? Meet individual and team recruitment targets.

? Maintain regular communication with clients and internal teams regarding candidate status.

Requirements

? 1–8 years of experience in US IT Recruitment / IT Staffing.

? Good understanding of US IT technologies, job roles, and recruitment processes.

? Experience working with job portals such as Dice and LinkedIn.

? Good sourcing and candidate-screening skills.

? Strong verbal and written communication skills.

? Ability to work effectively in a US night shift.

? Target-oriented with good follow-up and negotiation skills.

? Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

Preferred Skills

? Experience in recruiting for technologies such as Java, .NET, QA, DevOps, Cloud, Data Engineering, Business Analyst, Salesforce, and other IT technologies.

? Knowledge of US staffing models such as contract, contract-to-hire, and direct hire.

? Familiarity with US work authorization categories such as H-1B, Green Card, EAD, and US Citizen.
