We are looking for an experienced US IT Recruiter with 3–5 years of experience in US staffing and recruitment. The ideal candidate should have strong sourcing, screening, and candidate-management skills and be comfortable working in a fast-paced US staffing environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end US IT recruitment process from sourcing to placement.
- Source qualified candidates through LinkedIn, Dice, job portals, referrals, and other sourcing channels .
- Screen and qualify candidates based on technical skills, experience, location, work authorization, and job requirements.
- Work on W2, C2C, Contract, and Full-Time positions across various US IT requirements.
- Understand job descriptions and identify suitable candidates within required timelines.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients/hiring managers.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the interview and hiring process.
- Maintain and update candidate pipelines and recruitment databases.
- Collaborate with Account Managers and internal teams to understand requirements and hiring priorities.
- Negotiate rates, manage candidate expectations, and assist with offer coordination.
- Maintain strong candidate relationships and build a reliable talent pipeline.
Required Skills
- 3–5 years of hands-on US IT Recruitment experience .
- Strong knowledge of US staffing and recruitment processes .
- Experience recruiting for W2, C2C, Contract, and Full-Time positions .
- Strong sourcing experience using LinkedIn, Dice, and other US job portals .
- Positive understanding of technical skills and IT job requirements.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet recruitment targets/deadlines.
- Comfortable working in US Night Shift .
- Immediate joiners or candidates on short notice are preferred.
