Are you an experienced US IT Recruiter who thrives in a fast-paced environment and loves taking ownership? We are looking for Go-Getter Recruiters to join our growing team!

Experience: 4 - 8 Years

Location: PSR Prime Towers, Gachibowli, Hyderabad

Employment Type: Full-Time

Timings: 6:30 PM IST - 3:30 AM IST

Interview Mode: In-person

What Were Looking For

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong experience in end-to-end US IT Recruitment
- Ability to work on requirements with a strong focus on TAT (Turnaround Time)
- Proactive, self-motivated, and results-driven go-getter
- Strong knowledge of US tax terms W2, C2C, 1099, etc.
- Well-versed with US visa types and work authorization H1B, H4 EAD, GC, USC, etc.
- Proven experience working with Direct Clients




- Ability to source, screen, qualify, and close candidates effectively
- Strong understanding of the US IT staffing market and recruitment processes
