Key Responsibilities

- Recruit technical talent for U.S. and Canada - based client requisitions.

- Conduct full lifecycle recruiting from intake through offer.

- Partner with business leaders and delivery teams.

- Source passive candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean, GitHub and other channels.

- Screen and assess technical qualifications.

- Maintain talent pipelines and ATS data quality.

- Meet KPIs for time-to-submit, quality, interviews ,and placements.

- Support diversity and compliance initiatives.

Preferred Experience

- MSP/VMS recruiting (Fieldglass, Beeline, etc.).

- AI-enabled sourcing tools.

- Knowledge of Science, Engineering, Technology, or Telecom & Digital Infrastructure labor markets.

- Ability to understand technical concepts and evaluate candidate fit.
