US IT Recruiter

Location: Hyderabad, India

Work Mode: On-site

Shift: US Night Shift

Employment Type: Full-Time

Salary: 0.5 - 3 Lacks per annum

Key Responsibilities

- Source and identify qualified IT professionals through LinkedIn, job boards, resume databases, and other sourcing platforms.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- 1-5 years of experience in US IT recruitment preferred.
- Strong understanding of the US IT staffing/recruitment process.
- Experience recruiting for technologies such as Java, .NET, Python, Data, Cloud, DevOps, SAP, Salesforce, ServiceNow, QA, Cybersecurity, and other IT roles.
- Strong sourcing skills using LinkedIn and online job portals.
- Good understanding of different US work authorization categories.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong candidate engagement and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work independently in a target-driven environment.




- Good negotiation, follow-up, and coordination skills.
- Willingness to work US night shifts.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience working with US staffing firms, consulting companies, or recruitment agencies.
- Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter / Sales Navigator, Dice, Indeed, ZipRecruiter, CareerBuilder, or similar platforms.
- Experience using ATS/CRM systems.
- Experience handling multiple requirements simultaneously.
- Strong understanding of W2 contract and C2C hiring.
