We are looking for an experienced US IT Recruiter (2-5 years) specializing in C2C (Corp-to-Corp) recruitment. The ideal candidate must have a proven track record of sourcing and placing qualified IT consultants via prime vendors, implementation partners, and direct tier-1 layers.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the complete recruitment life cycle for C2C requirements across US time zones.

- Source qualified candidates using job boards (Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder), LinkedIn Recruiter, Google X-ray, and vendor networks.

- Coordinate directly with Tier-1 vendors, Prime Vendors, and MSP/VMS platforms.

- Screen and evaluate consultants regarding technical skills, project domain, availability, visa validity, and rate negotiations.

- Verify work authorization status: H1B, Green Card (GC), US Citizen (USC), H4 EAD, OPT/CPT EAD, and TN Visas.





- Negotiate C2C hourly pay rates, collect RTR (Right to Represent), and coordinate submission documentation.

- Schedule client interviews, prep candidates, follow up on feedback, and ensure smooth onboarding.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Experience: 2-5 years of dedicated US IT staffing experience, with a heavy focus on C2C recruitment.

- Deep understanding of US tax terms (C2C, W2, 1099) and visa regulations.

- Robust network of third-party vendors

- Hands-on proficiency with ATS platforms (Ceipal, JobDiva, etc.).

- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
