Position: US IT Recruiter
Location: Sector 63, Noida
Experience: 3–5 years in US IT Recruitment
Key responsibilities
- Manage the complete US IT recruitment lifecycle.
- Source and engage candidates through Dice, LinkedIn Recruiter/RPS, job portals, databases, referrals, and Boolean searches.
- Work on W2, C2C, and full-time IT requirements.
- Screen technical candidates based on client requirements.
- Coordinate interviews, follow-ups, offers, and candidate communication.
- Maintain accurate candidate and recruitment records in the ATS.
- Build a strong pipeline for Software, Cloud, Data, Infrastructure, Cybersecurity, and ERP roles.
What we’re looking for
- 3–5 years of hands-on US IT recruitment experience.
- Strong experience using Dice and LinkedIn Recruiter/RPS.
- Good understanding of US staffing, tax terms, and employment types: W2, C2C, and full-time.
- Experience with ATS platforms such as Ceipal, Bullhorn, JobDiva,
Zoho Recruit, or similar tools.
- Solid sourcing, Boolean search, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.
- Experience working with direct clients and implementation partners is preferred.
- Ability to perform in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
