Position Overview

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented US IT Recruiterwith 1+ years of experience in US IT staffing and recruitment. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in sourcing, screening, qualifying, and placing IT professionals across the US market.

This is a completely on-site position based in Hyderabad, working in the US shift.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle for US IT positions.
- Source qualified candidates through Dice, LinkedIn, Monster, job boards, referrals, and other sourcing channels.
- Understand client requirements and identify candidates who closely match technical and functional requirements.
- Screen candidates based on skills, experience, work authorization, location, and availability.
- Conduct initial candidate interviews and assess technical profiles.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients.
- Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future requirements.
- Work closely with Account Managers, Delivery Managers, and Recruiting Leads to fulfill requirements.
- Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment activity in the ATS/CRM.
- Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly recruitment targets.
- Stay updated on US IT recruitment trends, technologies, and hiring practices.

Required Qualifications

- 1+ years of hands-on experience in US IT Recruitment.
- Strong understanding of the US IT staffing and recruitment process.




- Experience recruiting for technical positions such as Software Developers, Cloud Engineers, Data Engineers, DevOps Engineers, QA, Business Analysts, and other IT roles.
- Strong knowledge of US work authorization types such as H-1B, Green Card, US Citizen, EAD, OPT, and CPT.
- Experience working with sourcing platforms such as dice, LinkedIn, Monster, and similar job portals.
- Excellent candidate communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet recruitment targets.
- Strong follow-up, coordination, and time-management skills.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
