ARK Infotech Spectrum is urgently hiring experienced and agile US IT Recruiters to join our talent acquisition team at our Noida office.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Source, screen, and interview candidates for US IT contract, contract-to-hire, and full-time positions.
- Utilize various sourcing channels including job portals (Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder), LinkedIn Recruiter, and social networks.
- Work with US tax terms (W2, C2C, 1099) and US work authorizations (USC, GC, H1B, EAD, OPT/CPT).
- Screen candidates on technical skills, communication, availability, and rate/salary expectations.
- Coordinate client interviews,



follow up with candidates, and facilitate the onboarding process.
- Maintain a database of qualified talent pipelines for ongoing and upcoming technical requirements.

Requirements:

- 2 to 4 years of proven hands-on experience in full life-cycle US IT recruitment.
- Strong understanding of IT technologies, skill sets, and US staffing market trends.
- Excellent negotiation, interpersonal, and verbal/written English communication skills.
- Must be comfortable working in US night shifts from the office (Onsite: Noida Sector 63).
