3 years of experience in US IT Bench Sales / Bench Marketing.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong knowledge of the US IT staffing and consulting market.
- Good understanding of C2C, W2, and 1099 employment models.
- Strong experience working with H1B, OPT, CPT, GC, and USC consultants.
- Proven vendor networking and relationship-building skills.
- Experience using LinkedIn, Dice, Monster, JobDiva, Ceipal, and other job portals/ATS tools.
- Robust negotiation, follow-up, and coordination skills.
- Ability to work independently and achieve monthly targets.Preferred Qualifications:
- Strong network of Tier-1 vendors and implementation partners.
- Experience marketing consultants across technologies such as Java, .NET, DevOps, Data Engineering, Cloud, SAP, Salesforce, and QA.
- Ability to generate quality submissions and convert them into interviews and placements.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
