Job Title: Sr Healthcare Recruiter – US Healthcare Staffing

Location: Noida Sec-62 (On-site)

Experience: 5-8 years

Employment Type: Full time

Key Responsibilities:

- Recruit qualified healthcare professionals for contract, travel, and permanent US positions.
- Handle end-to-end recruitment for MSP and Direct Client requirements.
- Source through LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, ATS/VMS, referrals, and other channels.
- Screen candidates, coordinate interviews, negotiate rates, and manage offers/onboarding.
- Recruit across RN, LPN, CNA, Allied Health, and Therapy roles.
- Maintain strong candidate pipelines and ensure timely, quality submissions.
- Maintain accurate candidate records, documentation, and status updates in ATS/VMS.
- Meet submission, TAT, SLA, and recruitment targets while maintaining candidate/client relationships.

Required Qualifications

- 5–8 years of US Healthcare Recruitment experience.




- 2+ years of Mandatory experience with Medefis, MSP, and Direct Client requirements.
- Strong knowledge of US healthcare staffing and clinical roles.
- Hands-on experience with ATS/VMS, LinkedIn Recruiter, and major job boards.
- Strong sourcing, screening, negotiation, communication, and relationship-management skills.
- Ability to work in a high-volume, target-driven environment.

Preferred
- High-volume healthcare staffing experience.
- Knowledge of credentialing, compliance, and healthcare documentation.
- Strong multitasking, organization, and TAT management skills.
- Immediate/short notice availability preferred.
