Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced US Healthcare Recruiter to join our Healthcare Staffing team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in end-to-end US Healthcare recruitment, with a solid background in hiring Clinicians, Allied Healthcare Professionals, and Mental Health professionals for US-based clients.

Key Requirements

- Minimum 2+ years of experience in US Healthcare Staffing .
- Experience recruiting Clinicians and Allied Healthcare Professionals .
- Hands-on experience hiring Mental Health professionals or recruiting for Correctional Facilities .




- Experience supporting the North East region of the United States is preferred.
- Strong sourcing expertise using LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, Monster, CareerBuilder, Dice , and other recruitment platforms.
- Familiarity with MSP/VMS environments and ATS platforms such as CEIPAL, Bullhorn, or JobDiva is an added advantage.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills.
