US Collections / Debt Collection Executive | Noida
We are hiring experienced candidates for a US collections / debt collection process.
Location: Noida
Work Mode: Work From Office
Shift: US Night Shift Only | 10:00 PM 7:00 AM
Working Days: 5 Days a Week
Salary: 30,000 – 45,000/month (depending on experience and interview performance)
Requirements
- Excellent English verbal communication
- 6 Months – 1 Year experience in US Collections / Debt Collection
- Knowledge of FDCPA, TCPA & Reg F
- A Versant score is mandatory
- Robust customer handling and negotiation skills
- Comfortable with US Night Shift
- Only US Collections / Debt Collection experience will be considered
- Domestic Voice Process experience will NOT be considered
- Immediate Joiners Only
