Hiring: US Compensation Analyst | 3 to 7 Years Experience

Are you passionate about compensation analytics, salary benchmarking, and data-driven decision-making? We are looking for a US Compensation Analyst to join our Compensation Team and support key compensation programs, market analysis, and stakeholder advisory activities.

Key Responsibilities:

✔ Conduct market pricing, compensation benchmarking, and survey data analysis.

✔ Develop compensation proposals for salary adjustments, promotions, recent hires, and market corrections.

✔ Support retention bonus and incentive program recommendations.

✔ Participate in annual compensation cycles including merit and bonus planning.

✔ Generate compensation reports and dashboards using advanced Excel skills.

✔ Collaborate with HR Business Partners, Talent Acquisition, and business leaders to provide compensation guidance.

✔ Analyze compensation data and recommend solutions based on business requirements.





✔ Ensure compliance with compensation policies, approval workflows, and US compensation regulations.

Required Skills:

✅ 3 to 7 years of Compensation experience.

✅ Strong knowledge of US Compensation practices and compliance requirements.

✅ Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, formulas, data modeling).

✅ Experience with compensation tools such as Oracle, ServiceNow, or similar platforms.

✅ Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.

✅ Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Qualifications:

? Graduate in any discipline (Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related fields preferred).
