About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced US Recruiter to join our team in HYDERABAD. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3-5 years of experience in US Recruiting for NON-IT/Engineering roles, preferably within the automotive, manufacturing, aerospace, automobile, robotics, pharmaceutical, medical device, and Oil & Gas

Key Responsibilities:

- Source, screen, and recruit candidates for various engineering positions, including but not limited to mechanical engineers, aerospace engineers, automobile engineers, and oil & gas engineers.
- Utilize a variety of sourcing methods, including online job boards, social media, networking, and referrals, to identify qualified candidates.
- Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate qualifications, skills, and fit for specific roles and client requirements.
- Understand technical requirements and deliver quality profiles with a quick turnaround time.
- Build and maintain solid relationships with candidates, clients, and industry professionals.




- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from job posting to offer negotiation and onboarding support.

Key Requirements:

- US recruitment experience across IT/NON-IT domains, willing to work on core engineering requirements.
- Deep understanding of US hiring practices, tax terms (mostly C2C preferred), and work authorizations (US Citizens, GC, H1B, TN, etc.).
- Strong sourcing skills using platforms like Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, LinkedIn, and ATS (Ceipal).
- Must be adaptable, target-oriented, and able to work independently and within a team.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with candidates, clients/implementations, and team members.
