Are you an experienced recruiter with a strong understanding of both the US and Canadian IT staffing markets? We’re looking for dynamic, driven recruiters who can take ownership of requirements and deliver quality candidates within TAT.

Experience: 4 - 8 Years

Location: PSR Prime Towers, Gachibowli, Hyderabad

Employment Type: Full-Time

Timings: 6:30 PM IST - 3:30 AM IST

Interview Mode: In-person

What We’re Looking For

- Strong hands-on experience in US and Canada IT Recruitment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to work on multiple requirements while meeting strict TAT
- A go-getter attitude with strong ownership and accountability
- Experience handling Direct Client requirements
- Strong understanding of US & Canadian work authorization, visa, and tax terms
- Knowledge of US classifications such as W2, C2C, 1099 and various visa/work authorization categories




- Understanding of Canadian hiring practices, work permits, SIN, incorporation/contracting models, and related staffing terminology
- Strong candidate sourcing, screening, negotiation, and closing skills
- Ability to build and maintain solid relationships with candidates and clients
- Experience working in a high-volume, target-driven recruitment environment
