We are seeking a passionate and experienced Chemistry Faculty to teach students of Classes 11th and 12th (CBSE Board/JEE/NEET Foundation, as applicable). The ideal candidate should possess strong subject knowledge, excellent teaching skills, and the ability to inspire students to achieve academic excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

- Teach Chemistry to students of Classes 11th and 12th using effective teaching methodologies.
- Plan and deliver engaging classroom lectures and practical sessions.
- Prepare lesson plans, study materials, assignments, and practice tests.
- Conduct regular assessments, evaluate student performance, and provide constructive feedback.
- Clarify students' doubts and offer additional academic support when required.
- Prepare students for board examinations and competitive exams (JEE/NEET, if applicable).
- Monitor student progress and communicate performance updates to parents and academic coordinators.
- Maintain classroom discipline and create a positive learning environment.
- Stay updated with the latest syllabus, examination patterns, and teaching techniques.
- Participate in faculty meetings, training sessions, and other academic activities.

Required Skills:

- Solid command of Chemistry concepts for Classes 11th and 12th.




- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to simplify complex concepts and make learning engaging.
- Good classroom management and student mentoring skills.
- Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with digital teaching tools.

Qualifications:

- Master's Degree (M.Sc.) in Chemistry (preferred).
- B.Ed. is an added advantage.
- Candidates with a Bachelor's Degree in Chemistry and relevant teaching experience may also be considered.

Experience:

- 1–5 years of teaching experience for Classes 11th and 12th.
- Experience in coaching for CBSE, State Board, JEE, or NEET is preferred.
- Freshers with exceptional subject knowledge and teaching aptitude may also apply.
