- HR Operations
- Supervise payroll, advantages, and personnel administration.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, Factory Act, and statutory requirements.
- Implement HRIS systems and maintain accurate employee records.

- Employee Relations
- Act as point of contact for employees and managers.
