Role: Oracle Retail Techno-Functional Consultant / Solution Architect

Experience: 15+ Years

15+ years of IT experience with robust expertise in Oracle Retail RMS and MFCS.

Lead end-to-end implementation, upgrade, migration, integration, and production support.

Strong functional knowledge of Merchandising, Item, Supplier, Inventory, Pricing, Purchase Orders, Transfers, Allocation, Replenishment, and Stock Ledger.

Strong technical skills in SQL, PL/SQL, Oracle DB, Unix/Linux, REST/SOAP APIs, XML/JSON, RIB/RIB-LGF.

Experience designing RMS/MFCS integrations with POS, ERP, WMS, E-commerce, OMS, and other systems.

Hands-on experience with MFCS Cloud, cloud migration, quarterly releases, extensions, and troubleshooting.





Responsible for solution architecture, functional/technical design, data migration, testing, and deployment.

Ability to lead onshore/offshore teams, conduct workshops, manage stakeholders, and mentor consultants.

Strong retail domain knowledge, analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Oracle Retail certification and OCI/cloud experience are preferred.
