- Graduate with relevant experience in Retail / Pharmacy Operations
- Experience in team handling and store operations
- Robust leadership and people management skills
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Knowledge of inventory, stock and expiry management
- Ability to drive sales and achieve business targets
- Customer-focused and result-oriented approach

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Manage day-to-day retail store operations
- Lead, motivate and support the store team
- Drive sales and achieve business targets




- Ensure excellent customer service and customer experience
- Monitor inventory, stock accuracy and expiry management
- Ensure compliance with company SOPs and operational processes
- Support diagnostics and multichannel operations
- Coordinate with team members to ensure smooth store functioning
- Maintain store hygiene and operational excellence
