Urgent Required Design Engineer in Manufacturing Company for Chakan Pune location.
Required Qualification: DME/BE Mech
Required Experience: 1-2 years (fabrication/machining/assembly)
Role & responsibilities
- Specialized in design and detailing of Special Purpose Machines.
- Processes involved in machine building fabrication/machining/assembly work.
- Should be experience in Solid Work and AutoCAD
- Good Knowledge of drafting a models and drawings of products using CAD.
- Use design software to develop models and drawings of current products.
- Identify solutions to improve production efficiency.
- Should have practical experience in fabrication department.
- Demonstrated industry experience focusing on functionality, manufacturability, innovation and aesthetics.
- Attention to details.
- Design new products and process.
- Research new product idea and improve existing products.
- Should maintain communication between design department and production department.
- Maintaining records and reports.
- Maintaining specifications, drawings and technical manuals
Preferred candidate profile
- A relevant certification is added advantage.
- Basic knowledge of GD&T;
- Good communication, interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and competency in computer software
