- Relevant Retail Pharmacy experience
- Strong communication & customer service skills
- Knowledge of inventory & pharmacy operations For Store Manager:
- Graduate with relevant Retail / Pharmacy Operations experience
- Strong team handling & leadership skills
- Good communication & customer service skills
- Experience in inventory, sales & store operations

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES





Accurate dispensing of medicines as per prescriptions

Customer service & patient counselling

Inventory, stock & expiry management

Ensure pharmacy compliance & SOP adherence

Drive sales, diagnostics & multichannel operations

Lead and manage the store team

Ensure smooth store operations & excellent customer experience
