Store Manager Retail Pharmacy

Senior Pharmacist

Pharmacist

ELIGIBILITY For Pharmacist / Senior Pharmacist:

- D.Pharm / B.Pharm
- Valid Delhi Pharmacy Council (Delhi PCI) Registration Mandatory
- Relevant Retail Pharmacy experience
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Good knowledge of inventory and pharmacy operations

For Store Manager:

- Graduate with relevant Retail / Pharmacy Operations experience
- Strong team handling and leadership skills
- Positive communication and customer service skills
- Experience in inventory, sales and store operations
- Ability to drive business targets and store performance

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES





- Accurate dispensing of medicines as per prescriptions
- Customer service and patient counselling
- Inventory, stock and expiry management
- Ensure compliance with pharmacy regulations and SOPs
- Drive sales, diagnostics and multichannel operations
- Lead and manage the store team
- Ensure smooth store operations and excellent customer experience
