- Graduate with relevant experience in Retail / Pharmacy Operations
- Solid team handling and leadership skills
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Experience in store operations and team management
- Knowledge of inventory, stock and expiry management
- Ability to drive sales and achieve business targets
- Customer-focused and result-oriented approach

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Manage day-to-day retail store operations
- Lead, motivate and support the store team
- Drive sales and achieve business targets




- Ensure excellent customer service and customer experience
- Monitor inventory, stock accuracy and expiry management
- Ensure compliance with company SOPs and processes
- Support diagnostics and multichannel operations
- Handle team coordination and daily store activities
- Maintain store hygiene and operational excellence
