Role & responsibilities

- Collect, clean, and analyze data from multiple business systems and sources

- Build dashboards and reports for occupancy, revenue, lead conversion, member retention, and operational KPIs

- Monitor workspace utilization and generate insights to improve efficiency and profitability

- Analyze customer behavior, sales funnel performance, and marketing campaigns

- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports for leadership teams

- Identify trends and opportunities using statistical and analytical methods

- Work closely with sales, operations, finance, and community teams to solve business problems through data

- Automate recurring reports and improve reporting processes

- Support forecasting, budgeting, and business planning initiatives

- Ensure data accuracy, consistency,



and integrity across systems

- Collaborate with finance and strategy teams to support forecasting, valuation metrics, and business planning initiatives

- Present analytical findings and business insights to internal leadership, partners, and external stakeholders in a transparent and concise manner

- Analyze business growth metrics, occupancy trends, revenue performance, and expansion data for investor discussions.

- Create visual dashboards and presentation materials to communicate business performance effectively to investors and senior management.
