JOB OVERVIEW

Numbertree LLP is urgently hiring experienced Billing Engineers & Quantity Surveyors for High-Rise Residential & Commercial Building Projects.

The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Client Billing, Quantity Surveying, BOQ, Cost Estimation, Material Reconciliation & Cost Control.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Client & Subcontractor RA Billing
- Quantity Take-Off from Drawings & BOQ Verification
- BOQ Preparation, Rate Analysis & Cost Estimation
- Material Reconciliation & Cost Control
- Billing Coordination & Payment Follow-up
- MIS Reports & Project Documentation
- Coordination with Site, Client & Consultant Teams
- Accurate measurement, billing & quantity records




- Proficiency in AutoCAD & MS Excel

CANDIDATE PROFILE
- B.E. / B.Tech – Civil Engineering
- 7 to 15 Years of relevant experience
- Mandatory: High-Rise Residential / Commercial Building Projects experience
- Strong knowledge of Billing, Quantity Surveying & Cost Control
- Valuable communication & coordination skills
- Immediate Joiners Preferred
