- Understand engineering drawings and SOPs.
- Will be deployed on shop-floor for Leadership role.
- Consistent focus on productivity and quality targets (after completion of initial training).
- Participate in daily troubleshooting process.
- Involve in overall equipment efficiency improvement activity.
- Contribute inSuggestion/Kaizen activities & creation of new ideas for improvement.
- Patrol inspection as per the control plan and implement of required action plan.
- Study the process and generate Zero defect ideas.
- Present ideas to management on monthly basis.
- Coordinate with MIS preparation an Data Management.
- Perform related activities as guided by the In-charge.
