About the Role

We are looking for an ERP Finance Trainer with a strong Finance & Accounting background and hands-on understanding of P2P (Procure-to-Pay) and ERP Finance processes.

The primary responsibility of this role is to train and educate internal employees on the company's ERP system, with a focus on Finance and Accounting modules. The candidate will be responsible for explaining ERP functionalities, finance processes, transaction flows, and best practices to employees and ensuring that users are confident and competent in using the ERP system.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct regular ERP Finance training sessions for internal employees.
- Train employees on the effective use of ERP Finance and Accounting modules.
- Provide detailed training on P2P (Procure-to-Pay) processes and workflows.
- Explain end-to-end finance processes within the ERP, including:
- Purchase Requisition and Purchase Order

- Vendor Management

- Goods/Service Receipt

- Purchase Invoice Processing

- Accounts Payable

- Vendor Reconciliation

- Payment Processing

- General Ledger and Accounting
- GST and TDS-related processes
- Demonstrate ERP transactions through practical, real-time business scenarios.
- Conduct onboarding training for new employees on relevant ERP modules and processes.
- Identify training requirements and knowledge gaps among employees and conduct refresher sessions accordingly.
- Prepare training materials, user guides, SOPs, process documents, and presentations.
- Explain the relationship between business processes, accounting principles, and ERP workflows.
- Ensure employees understand the correct process and follow the defined ERP workflow.
- Provide functional guidance to employees when they face difficulties while using the ERP.
- Coordinate with the Finance, Product, Implementation, and IT/Technical teams to resolve functional queries and clarify ERP processes.




- Collect feedback from employees regarding ERP usability, process gaps, and training requirements.
- Maintain training records, attendance, assessments, and employee training progress.
- Conduct assessments or practical exercises to evaluate employees' understanding of the ERP.
- Continuously update training content based on ERP enhancements, new features, process changes, and business requirements.
- Support the organization in improving ERP adoption, process compliance, and user productivity.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, or a related field.
- Strong practical knowledge of Finance & Accounting processes.
- Good understanding of P2P (Procure-to-Pay) and related finance workflows.
- Hands-on experience working with Finance ERP / Accounting ERP systems.
- Strong understanding of Accounts Payable, Purchase Accounting, Vendor Reconciliation, Invoice Processing, Payments, and General Accounting.
- Good knowledge of GST, TDS, and Indian accounting practices.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong training and facilitation skills with the ability to explain complex ERP concepts in a simple and practical manner.
- Positive interpersonal skills and ability to work with employees across different departments and experience levels.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- Candidates from a Finance & Accounting background with hands-on ERP experience.
- Prior experience in ERP Training, Finance ERP, ERP Implementation, Functional Consulting, Finance Operations, or Accounting Software Training will be preferred.
- Candidates with strong knowledge of P2P and Finance ERP modules will be given preference.
- Experience in conducting employee training, process training, ERP onboarding, or user adoption programs will be an added advantage.
