Key Responsibilities-
- Lead urban and regional planning activities for large-scale development projects.
- Prepare urban/rural development plans, land-use plans, and planning frameworks.
- Assess land constraints, environmental factors, and climate change considerations.
- Conduct planning studies, site assessments, and development feasibility analysis.
- Prepare and review technical reports, planning documents, and recommendations.
- Coordinate with government authorities, consultants, and project stakeholders.
- Ensure planning proposals comply with relevant regulations, standards, and best practices.
