Role Description The Urdu Teacher – Bihar Board role at Edural Classes™ is a full-time, on-site position based in Patna.

The Urdu

Teacher will deliver engaging, curriculum-aligned lessons for Bihar Board students in Classes 8–10, focusing on grammar, literature, and exam-oriented preparation. Day-to-day responsibilities include planning and conducting classroom sessions, preparing lesson plans and teaching materials, assessing student performance through tests and assignments,



and providing feedback to support continuous improvement. The teacher will also guide students in building strong reading, writing, and comprehension skills, while addressing individual learning needs. Collaborating with academic coordinators and participating in training sessions, the Urdu Teacher will contribute to refining teaching methodologies and maintaining a supportive, inclusive learning environment.

Qualifications

- Strong foundation in Education and Teaching, with demonstrated experience teaching Urdu to school-level students, preferably Bihar Board.
- Ability to create structured Lesson Planning and Training activities aligned with syllabus, exams, and student learning goals.
- Effective Communication skills for explaining concepts clearly, engaging diverse learners, and interacting with parents and academic teams.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Urdu, Education, or a related field; B.Ed or equivalent teaching qualification is preferred.
- Experience with exam-focused preparation, student assessment, and use of both traditional and technology-enabled teaching methods.
- Commitment to inclusive, gender-neutral, and non-discriminatory classroom practices and sensitivity to rural and underserved student contexts.
- Ability to work full time on-site in Patna and adapt to a blended offline–online educational setting.
