We’re Hiring: UPSC Admissions Counsellor

? Location: Narmadapuram Road, Bhopal (M.P.)

? Employment Type: Full-Time | On-site

? Compensation: Fixed Salary (₹15k-₹25k CTC) + Incentives based on performance

? Role Type: Inside Sales / Tele-calling (No field work required)

?Experience: 0-3 years (Freshers with positive communication skills are welcome to apply)

Key Responsibilities

- Connect with prospective UPSC aspirants through company-provided leads.
- Explain courses, batches, fees, and preparation plans.
- Understand students’ requirements and recommend suitable programs.
- Handle queries, objections, and regular follow-ups.
- Achieve monthly admission targets of ₹1–3 Lakhs.
- Maintain accurate records of calls and follow-ups.
- Coordinate with the internal team for smooth admission processing.




- No cold calling or field work — leads will be provided by the company.

Requirements

- Excellent communication skills in Hindi and English.
- Good convincing and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable working in a target-oriented environment.
- Genuine interest/understanding of the UPSC preparation ecosystem.
- UPSC aspirants or candidates who have previously applied for/appeared in UPSC exams are encouraged to apply.
- Must have a personal laptop.
- Willingness to work from the Bhopal office.

Note: This is a target-oriented admissions and sales role, not a teaching or purely academic position.
