We are looking for a highly driven, self-motivated and commercially strong professional to lead and expand our UPS Government Business across Delhi-NCR .

? What You’ll Own

? Government Business Development

Identify, pursue and secure UPS opportunities across Central and State Government departments.

? Strategic Stakeholder Engagement

Build and nurture strong relationships with senior government officials, procurement teams and key decision-makers.





? Tender & Procurement Leadership

Lead participation in tenders, RFPs and government procurement processes, ensuring strong compliance and documentation.

? Business Growth Strategy

Develop and execute strategies to expand our government business and strengthen our presence across Delhi-NCR.

? Cross-functional Leadership

Work closely with Bid, PLM, Sales, Engineering, Logistics and QA teams to successfully deliver government projects.

? Market Intelligence

Stay ahead of policy changes, upcoming government projects, procurement trends and competitor activity.

? What Will Make You a Great Fit?

✅ 8+ years of experience in government business / government sales

✅ Proven experience in direct engagement with government officials and departments

✅ Solid understanding of government procurement, tendering, compliance and documentation

✅ Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills

✅ A self-starter who thrives on ownership, accountability and delivering results

? Location: Gurgaon The role involves frequent interaction with government offices and departments.
