Role Description The Upskilling Consultant is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru. In this position, the consultant works directly with learners to assess skill gaps, recommend relevant learning paths, and guide them through upskilling and reskilling programs. Daily activities include conducting one-on-one consultations, facilitating group sessions or workshops, and helping learners set realistic career and learning goals.

The role also involves collaborating with internal teams to refine program offerings, collecting feedback to improve learner experience,



and tracking progress and outcomes using defined metrics.

The Upskilling

Consultant supports learners throughout their certification journey, ensuring they stay motivated, engaged, and aligned with current industry demands.

Qualifications

- Ability to assess skill gaps and design personalized upskilling plans tailored to individual career goals.
- Strong communication, coaching, and mentoring skills to guide and motivate learners from diverse backgrounds.
- Experience facilitating workshops or training sessions, preferably in professional development, employability, or career services.
- Comfort working with data and learner feedback to track outcomes and continuously improve programs.
- Understanding of current job market trends, in-demand skills, and certification pathways across multiple industries.
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline; a background in education, human resources, psychology, or business is an advantage.
- Ability to work on-site in Bengaluru and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Prior experience in career counseling, L&D;, training, or edtech is beneficial but not mandatory.
