Education Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field or higher with minimum 5 years of relevant experience.
The ideal candidate is a hands-on Senior/Lead Mobile Engineer who can work confidently across both Android and iOS, understands enterprise mobile architecture, and has practical experience integrating mobile applications with core banking and digital banking ecosystems.
They should be equally comfortable writing code, reviewing architecture, troubleshooting production issues, mentoring developers, and engaging with architects, product owners, and banking stakeholders.
Experience in a Canadian Credit Union or Canadian banking environment is a significant advantage.
The role requires a solid engineering mindset, with the ability to make architectural decisions, mentor developers, troubleshoot complex production issues, and drive engineering excellence across the mobile development lifecycle.
