About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Genesys Cloud Developer to design, develop, and deploy advanced contact center solutions for our global enterprise clients. In this role, you will be instrumental in migrating legacy systems to Genesys Cloud CX and building custom integrations that enhance customer experience (CX) and streamline agent workflows. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, client stakeholders, and solution architects to deliver scalable, high-performance communications platforms.
Key Responsibilities
Development & Configuration: Design, build, and deploy Genesys-based IVR, routing algorithms, and overall contact center solutions. Configure CTI, Agent Desktop, Dialers, and Workforce Management (WFM) components.
Cloud Migrations: Lead and support the technical migration of on-premise contact center platforms to Genesys Cloud CX.
API & Integrations:



Develop custom applications and seamless integrations using Genesys Cloud APIs with third-party systems and enterprise CRMs (particularly Salesforce, Zendesk, or Microsoft Dynamics).
AI & Automation: Implement and integrate chatbots and voicebots using Genesys Dialog Engine or third-party AI platforms like Google Dialogflow and Amazon Lex.
Quality & Testing: Utilize automated IVR testing tools (such as Cyara) to validate system performance, call routing accuracy, and overall stability prior to deployment.
Collaboration: Facilitate requirements-gathering sessions with clients, define technical specifications, and work alongside QA, DevOps, and project management teams to ensure on-time delivery.
Required Qualifications
Experience: Minimum 3+ years of hands-on experience developing and configuring Genesys contact center platforms, with a strong focus on Genesys Cloud CX.
Programming Skills: Proficiency in web programming and backend development (e.g., Node.js, Python, Jav
