6-month internship with a basic monthly stipend + travel expenses. Based on performance, selected candidates may be onboarded as regular employees with Mierae Solar / Sankar Group.

We are looking for a confident, energetic, commercially-minded and camera-friendly Brand Growth & Founder’s Office Intern who wants to take ownership of building Mierae Solar into a recognizable and trusted solar brand.

This is not a conventional social-media internship.
We are looking for someone who can think like the owner of the brand.
You will be expected to understand the basics of the solar industry, identify customer and market opportunities, create sales-focused content, travel across India, visit branches and project locations, interact with teams and customers, develop growth ideas, execute them and continuously monitor what is working.

What You Will Do
1. Become the Face & Voice of Mierae Solar
Become a consistent on-camera face and voice for Mierae Solar.
Create Reels, Shorts, videos, explainers, customer stories, project videos and other content.
Communicate solar concepts in a simple, practical and engaging manner.
Build trust with customers through authentic and informative communication.
Represent Mierae Solar professionally across social media, events and business activities.
2. Create Content That Actually Drives Sales
We are not looking for content only for views.
You will be expected to understand:
Content → Attention → Trust → Enquiry → Lead → Sale
You will create content that helps customers understand:
Why they should consider solar.
How much they can potentially save.
How solar systems work.
What system size they may need.
