DGM – CLAW (Litigation & Compliance)
Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Legal Manager with fair experience in managing litigation and court procedures, exposure to both corporate employment matters and court practice, and a sound understanding of relevant industry regulations. The ideal candidate will manage existing litigations, handle external government authorities, and collaborate effectively with external counsels to ensure seamless legal operations for PGFI and all its subsidiaries and group companies and Associates (“Group”).

Key Responsibilities:
Team Management
Develop and manage the existing legal team.
Oversee the legal department and ensure compliance with laws and regulations.
Litigation Management:
Handle and manage the Group’s ongoing litigation cases.
Coordinate with external counsels, law firms, and other legal professionals for court proceedings.
Prepare and review documentation, including pleadings, affidavits, and court submissions.
Ensure timely filing and follow-up on litigation cases.




Risk assessment of litigations with evaluation of the risks and costs associated with every piece of litigation.
Research and evaluate different risk factors regarding the existing litigations and disputes
Develop and work on strategies to manage litigations and dispute resolution matters.
Update management at the end of every month/quarter about the current status and progress of all existing litigations and proposed strategy either through MIS or any other accepted mode
Create digital versions of litigation records to serve as backups to the originals or as more accessible file formats for users to view in multiple locations and adapt as needed
Render advice on the legal disputes and make strategy for the threatening litigations.

Corporate Legal Matters:
Provide legal advice on employment-related matters, including contracts, terminations, disputes, and compliance.
Draft, review, and negotiate corporate agreements and documents.
