About the Role
MEICON is seeking an experienced Technical Recruiter to support recruitment for U.S.-based construction, engineering, and infrastructure positions.
The ideal candidate must have at least three years of recruitment experience with a large construction company, engineering firm, infrastructure consultancy, or established technical recruitment organization. Experience recruiting construction and engineering professionals is mandatory.
Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment for U.S. construction, engineering, and infrastructure positions.
Source candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, professional networks, referrals,



internal databases, and direct outreach.
Recruit Project Managers, Assistant Project Managers, Project Engineers, Superintendents, Estimators, Schedulers, Safety Professionals, QA/QC personnel, Electrical Engineers, and CAD/BIM professionals.
Review resumes and conduct initial screening calls to assess technical experience, project background, availability, compensation expectations, and work authorization.
Translate technical job requirements into effective sourcing and candidate-outreach strategies.
Build and maintain candidate pipelines for current and anticipated hiring needs.
Coordinate interviews between candidates, internal teams, and client representatives.
Maintain accurate candidate records, correspondence, interview feedback, and recruitment status within the ATS.
Track recruitment activity, candidate submissions, interviews, offers, and time-to-fill.
