Role Description The Performance Marketer at AVTF is a full-time, on-site role based in Ludhiana. This position focuses on planning, executing, and optimizing data-driven marketing campaigns across digital channels to drive user acquisition, engagement, and retention for AVTF’s software, decentralized applications, and games. Day-to-day responsibilities may include managing paid campaigns, tracking performance metrics, conducting A/B tests,



and refining targeting strategies based on analytics. The role also involves collaborating with product, design, and development teams to align marketing initiatives with business goals and ensure consistent messaging. The Performance Marketer is expected to stay current with trends in digital marketing and emerging technologies to identify new growth opportunities.
Qualifications
Strong foundation in performance marketing, including planning, executing, and optimizing paid campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, social media ads, and app install networks.
Proficiency with analytics and tracking tools (e.g., Google Analytics, campaign dashboards, attribution tools) and the ability to interpret data to make informed decisions.
Experience with A/B testing, audience segmentation, and conversion rate optimization to improve campaign effectiveness.
