Role Description The Omni Sports Advisor is a part-time, on-site role based in Gurugram, focused on delivering an outstanding experience to sports enthusiasts across in-store and online channels. In this role,



the advisor engages with customers to understand their sports interests and needs, provides product recommendations, and supports them in choosing the right equipment and apparel. The Omni Sports Advisor helps maintain product displays, ensures stock availability, and contributes to merchandising and store cleanliness. They also assist with online orders, click-and-collect services, and digital tools that connect the store and online experience. The role involves working collaboratively with teammates, sharing sports knowledge, and promoting Decathlon’s customer philosophy of “satisfied or satisfied.”
Qualifications
Solid customer service and communication skills, with the ability to listen actively and engage confidently with diverse customers.
