Role Overview
The Senior Manager – Total Rewards (Reward Reporting & Analytics) is a key member of EXL's Corporate Rewards team and reports to the Senior Assistant Vice President, Reward Analytics & Reporting. This global specialist role supports compensation, perks, incentive programs, reporting, and reward governance across multiple geographies.
The role converts complex reward and workforce data into actionable insights that support compensation decisions, budgeting, workforce planning, compliance, and executive reporting. It is a hands-on individual contributor position requiring strong analytical capability, business judgment, and stakeholder management skills.
Key Responsibilities

Reward Analytics & Reporting
Develop and enhance monthly and quarterly reward dashboards.
Provide insights on pay positioning, compensation costs, incentive funding, and workforce trends.
Deliver executive-ready analytics and recommendations.
Automate recurring reporting processes and improve data quality.
Conduct cost modeling, scenario analysis, and workforce simulations.
2. Compensation & Incentive Programs
Support annual compensation review cycles, including budget modeling and pay distribution analysis.
Administer short-term incentive programs, bonus plans, and sales commission structures.
Analyze compensation requests related to promotions, retention, mobility, and market adjustments.
Ensure reward decisions align with global compensation frameworks and local regulations.
3. Job Pricing & Market Benchmarking
Participate in compensation and benefits surveys (Mercer, WTW, Aon, Korn Ferry, Radford, etc.).
