About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Manager – Finance & Accounts to own the finance function and lead our accounting, compliance, and reporting operations. This role is suited to a CA Inter qualified professional with 5+ years of experience, or a B.Com/M.Com graduate with 7+ years of relevant experience, ideally with hands-on exposure to e-commerce and inventory-led businesses. You will work closely with the founders to build robust financial systems,
manage a small team, and ensure the finance function scales with the business.
Roles & Responsibilites
• Own end-to-end finance and accounts operations, including books of accounts, statutory compliance, and financial reporting.
• Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual book closures and ensure accuracy of financial statements.
• Manage GST, TDS, and other statutory filings, and ensure full regulatory compliance across the business.
• Oversee inventory accounting and reconciliation — stock valuation, COGS, wastage, and warehouse-level inventory reporting.
• Manage e-commerce and marketplace finance operations, including reconciliation of Amazon, Flipkart, Quick Commerce, and D2C payment gateway settlements (Razorpay, Cashfree) and COD remittances.
• Drive monthly MIS, P&L;, cash flow, and balance sheet reporting for the founders and leadership team.
