Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced Azure Data Engineer with robust AI skills to design and build scalable data and AI solutions. The role requires strong hands-on expertise in Azure Databricks, Python and Azure AI Foundry, along with the ability to work closely with technical and business stakeholders.
Must-Have Skills
Strong expertise in Azure Databricks and Python
Azure Data Engineering – ADF, Azure SQL DB, Databricks Apps and Medallion Architecture
Strong hands-on experience with Azure AI Foundry
Experience designing, developing and deploying AI applications and AI agents
Strong understanding of LLMs and Prompt Engineering
Experience with CI/CD and GitHub
Nice to Have
Databricks Mosaic AI
Exposure to latest Databricks and Generative/Agentic AI capabilities
Key Responsibilities
Design and build scalable,



end-to-end data engineering and AI solutions.
Develop data pipelines and platforms using Azure Databricks, Python and related Azure services.
Build and deploy AI applications and agents using Azure AI Foundry.
Translate business requirements and data strategy into effective technical solutions.
Act as an SME and provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers.
Collaborate with technical and business stakeholders and present solution designs and recommendations.
Drive engineering best practices, implementation efficiency and reusable solutions.
Contribute to CoE and Community of Practice (CoP) initiatives.
