Role Description The Senior Interior Designer (Autodesk Revit – Expert) will lead interior design projects for XLNC Exotic’s real estate and hospitality portfolio, focusing on high-quality, functional, and aesthetic spaces. This full-time, on-site role based in Jalandhar involves developing design concepts, space plans,



and construction drawings using Autodesk Revit, coordinating with architecture and construction teams, and selecting FF&E; (furnishings, fixtures, and equipment) aligned with project standards and budgets. The role includes site visits, collaboration with cross-functional stakeholders, reviewing contractor work, and ensuring design intent is executed accurately and safely. The Senior Interior Designer will also mentor junior designers, maintain design documentation, and support continuous improvement of design processes and standards.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Interior Design and Space Planning skills to create functional, aesthetically pleasing layouts for residential and hospitality projects.
