Senior SuccessFactors Application Analyst

Primary Responsibilities

Configure and maintain SuccessFactors modules (Employee Central, Position Management, Time Off, MDF objects).
Translate HRIS business requirements into system configuration.
Advise HRIS Product Owner on system capabilities, constraints, and best practices.
Lead impact assessments for enhancements and quarterly releases.
Own data models, business rules, workflows, and role-based permissions.
Coordinate UAT with HRIS and HR stakeholders.
Document configuration, decisions, and change impacts.
Develops proof of concepts to showcase proposed solutions.
Support audits and compliance reporting.
Review company’s business processes and provide recommendations on process improve-ments using SAP SuccessFactors.
Provides guidance in the definition of solution design practices and standards that link back to SAP best practices.
Provide recommendations for integrating with SAP and third-party HCM systems.
Adhere to project plans,



tasks and deliverables, identify dependencies and resource

requirements.

Appropriately communicates about the status of the projects, escalates any issues, and ef-fectively manages timelines and action items.
Foster and maintain team-oriented relationships with diverse business, functional,

and technical teams.

Qualifications & Experience

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field
5+ years’ experience in SAP SuccessFactors
Good English language skills (written and verbal)
