Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Business Development Manager role based in Delhi, India. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities in OOH,



print and electronic media, with a focus on corporate, institutional, and medium enterprise clients. Key responsibilities include prospecting and qualifying leads, conducting client meetings and presentations, understanding client objectives, and proposing tailored advertising and brand promotion solutions. The role involves collaborating closely with internal teams in creative services, media planning, and operations to design and deliver effective media plans. The Business Development Manager will also negotiate contracts, manage client relationships, track campaign performance, and prepare regular sales forecasts and reports to support business growth.
Qualifications
Strong business development and sales skills, including lead generation, client acquisition, and account management.
Experience in advertising or media services, preferably in Out-of-Home, print, online, or electronic media.
