About the Role
We are looking for an energetic, creative individual based in Jalgaon who lives and breathes Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and short-form video trends. You will handle on-location smartphone/camera shoots for local businesses (clinics, retail stores, cafes, institutes) across Jalgaon and edit high-retention vertical videos using fast editing workflows (CapCut, Premiere Pro, or VN Editor).
Key Responsibilities
Visit client locations across Jalgaon 2–3 days a week to shoot raw B-roll, client interviews, and product videos according to provided shot lists.
Edit 15–20 high-energy Reels per week with smooth transitions, trending audio, motion text overlays, and sound effects.
Capture behind-the-scenes content, student testimonials,



and promotional videos for our agency and training batches.
Organize raw footage and maintain a structured Google Drive / local storage system.
Requirements & Skills
Hands-on experience shooting stable, high-quality video on an iPhone, flagship Android, or mirrorless camera.
Proficiency in mobile or desktop video editors (CapCut, VN, Premiere Pro, or DaVinci Resolve).
Strong sense of pacing, hook positioning, and audio-video synchronization.
Basic understanding of lighting (ring lights, softboxes, natural light) and wireless mic setups.
Must be based in Jalgaon with a two-wheeler for local travel to client locations (fuel allowance provided).
