As an Area Business Manager, you will be responsible for developing and
executing sales strategies to expand our client base and increase revenue. You
will manage a team of sales professionals, providing leadership, coaching, and
performance management. Your role will involve building strong relationships
with clients, understanding their needs, and offering tailored financial
solutions.

Responsibilities
* Lead and motivate a team of sales professionals, ensuring high performance
and productivity.
* Develop and implement sales plans and strategies to achieve business targets.
* Identify and target potential clients, especially in the WC-Salaried PL
segment.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure
client retention and satisfaction.
* Conduct market research and analysis to identify recent business opportunities.
* Stay updated with industry trends and competitor activities to maintain a
competitive edge.
* Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless client onboarding and
service delivery.




* Provide regular performance reports and insights to senior management.
* Ensure compliance with all regulatory and internal policies and procedures.

Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.
* Minimum 5 years of experience in a sales management role, preferably in the
banking or financial services industry.
* Proven track record of successful sales leadership and business development.
* Strong knowledge of working capital and salaried PL products and services.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build
rapport and trust.
* Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make informed
decisions.
* Proficiency in using CRM systems and sales enablement tools.
* Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
* Willingness to travel for business purposes as needed.
