The Managing Director (MD) oversees significant client portfolios and serves as a leading expert and practitioner within ASG, part of the DGA Group. The position is accountable for the delivery of integrated and high-quality work and plays a critical role in driving revenue growth and helping shape the team and firm strategy in India. As a senior leader, the MD is integral in developing intellectual capital and stewarding both the India office and firm culture and contributing materially to the long-term success of the business.
Location
New Delhi, India (hybrid with a minimum of 3 days per week in the office)
Responsibilities
Lead multiple client portfolios and act as a strategic advisor to executive-level stakeholders in high-stakes, complex environments.
Manage client relationships and play a central role in client strategic decision-making and drive key client operational initiatives - all with a focus on owning and delivering client outcomes.
Oversee project teams and client engagements, ensuring excellence, integration, prioritization,



and strategic alignment for clients and the firm.
Drive business development by expanding engagements, identifying recent revenue streams, negotiating profitable terms, and cultivating new client relationships.
Own day-to-day management and growth of a significant revenue portfolio, with accountability for performance, profitability and results.
Support annual budget and workforce planning and monitor progress against
Contribute to firm initiatives and operational priorities and help drive South Asia practice and Asia-wide collaboration.
Guide and mentor talent; help shape team workforce planning, succession and professional
Build and refine high impact methodologies, service offerings, and intellectual capital for clients and the
Utilize and expand networks to cultivate potential new clients and build new business.
Represent DGA externally as a visible and credible senior leader and expert in
